How to Bid

Bidding for a Salukis Blackout Cancer Men's Basketball jersey is now open and will end on January 20, 2025, at 8 pm CST. After the auction closes, you can check the website "leaderboard" on the home page to see if your screen name is listed in the top 14 jerseys. If you are a winner, click on Next Steps at the bottom of the page to make your payment. Payment information will be available via email when jersey name and number confirmations are emailed to the winning bidder. Please allow emails to be received from sih.net to receive your confirmation. Winning jerseys will be worn at the Salukis Blackout Cancer game on February 22, 2025.

Bidding Instructions

(BIDDING ENDS 1/20/25 at 8 PM CST)

1. To create an account, click “Login & Bid” and complete the registration form. If you have been a previous bidder, your information is not saved and you will need to create a new account.
2. Please include an email address and phone number where you can be reached during business hours. It is highly recommended to include the name you want on the back of the jersey and the top 5 numbers that you prefer to make the process more efficient. You can now start bidding.
3. To increase your bid, log in and select “Update Your Bid”. You can update it as many times as you want until the auction ends.
4. If you are planning to bid on more than one jersey you will need to use a different email address and screen name.

NOTE:  If you are a relative of an SIU Men's Basketball player, you are not guaranteed their number if a higher bidder chooses that number before you. We will not make calls to the higher bidder asking them to switch their number.
